Delivery is non-contact service to kerbside or driveway by most carriers with the current situation . The carrier will not take the pallet away.
Delivery Service is between 3-14 Working Days.

Very Disappointed with Customer Service

Bought these chairs to match an existing corner set. First set were wrong product. Mistakes happen so no problem, they said they'd send out a replacement and collect the incorrect chairs at the same time which would be the Saturday. We waited in all day, nothing. Contacted them via email, only option, they apologised and said would deliver Monday. Again no problem, new delivery arrived but no collection of old had been organised. New delivery was faulty items that wouldn't assemble. Again contacted and they said they'd sent 1 new chair. But I have 2 faulty chairs?Contacted 3 times in the last week to have all 4 massive boxes collected and a refund to be made but nothing... no contact at all. Very unhappy that they are now ignoring my emails. Leads me to believe they don't want to give a refund but guess what that's my legal entitilement. I suggest Rattan Park you get in touch as a matter of urgency.
