1. DELIVERY INFORMATION

   Delivery between 3-7 working days

   Delivery is Monday to Friday only by the carrier book in service.

   The carrier will only deliver to the kerbside or driveway. ( not into the garden or above ground level i.e. flat/ apartments)

   The carrier collects the order from the warehouse and then it goes to their distribution hub and is forward to you local delivery depot and they arrange delivery directly.

   Pallets and packaging will be left and not collected.

    

Pre Orders -The delivery can be before or after the Pre -order date, The carrier will contact you direct to make delivery arrangements.

Items must be checked within  72 hours to inspect for damage and pictures taken and emailed to rattanpark@gmail.com
