So far as possible, Goods should be returned:
• with both Goods and Packaging as far as possible in their original condition
• securely wrapped
•return shipping cost by us £95.00
• For small items covers etc we suggest, you send by recorded or signed delivery

All you need to do is to follow this simple returns process.

2. Tell us your order number and the reason you would like to return the item.
3. Provide a photograph of the items ready for return.
4. Wait for us to contact you to confirm your request has been accepted.

Before sending back your order, you must let us know your details by email to Rattanpark@gmail.com. Specify exactly what Goods you would like to return and when purchased. Also give full details with pictures of the defect or the reason for return.
