DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery between 3-7 working days
Delivery is Monday to Friday only by the carrier book in service.
The carrier will only deliver to the kerbside or driveway. ( not into the garden or above ground level i.e. flat/ apartments)
The carrier collects the order from the warehouse and then it goes to their distribution hub and is forward to you local delivery depot and they arrange delivery directly.
Pallets and packaging will be left and not collected.

We use Pallet network to get your furniture to you as quickly as possible. The Delivery Service is a pallet delivery to the Kerbside or Drive only.
Once you have placed your order, The distribution centre will send you an email to confirm the order is being dispatched.
Please note: This is a Pallet service. Pallets will be left and not collected..
Delivery is non-contact service to kerbside or driveway by most carriers with the current situation . The carrier will not take the pallet away.
Delivery Service is between 3-14 Working Days.

Returns item must be returned in original Packing/ Box unused. IF DELIVERED ON PALLET ITEMS MUST BE BACK ON PALLET. Cushions MUST be in original Plastic protective bags. Any return not returned in the above condition with be subject to charges.Customer to pay return Carriage charges of £95
