DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery between 3-7 working days
Delivery is Monday to Friday only by the carrier book in service.
The carrier will only deliver to the kerbside or driveway. ( not into the garden or above ground level i.e. flat/ apartments)
The carrier collects the order from the warehouse and then it goes to their distribution hub and is forward to you local delivery depot and they arrange delivery directly.
Pallets and packaging will be left and not collected.
Any Pre-orders have the from date in the description of the product.
PRODUCT CAREThe Rattan Furniture is hand woven, so no two pieces are identically the same, so one section can vary from the other which has no impact on its durability. Glass tops - A Magnifying glass effect caused by Glass, objects ( Bottles, drinking Glasses, spectacles etc) can have an effect on the rattan due to the heat from magnification which leads to the rattan melting and going over its tempture range and will go brittle and snap . We recommend shading from direct sun light. ( Parasol- Gazebo etc)
The Rattan may sag under the glass in hot condition direct sunlight which reforms back to normal when it's cooled back down. The Staple fixing, screws and bolts & welds can develop a film of rust in damp conditions. The frames of our sets are coated for optical reasons. The coating is sometimes minimally damaged in the production process. This doesn't affect the quality or durability of the frame in any way. |

We use Pallet network to get your furniture to you as quickly as possible. The Delivery Service is a pallet delivery to the Kerbside or Drive only.
Once you have placed your order, The distribution centre will send you an email to confirm the order is being dispatched.
Please note: This is a Pallet service. Pallets will be left and not collected..
Delivery is non-contact service to kerbside or driveway by most carriers with the current situation . The carrier will not take the pallet away.
Delivery Service is between 3-14 Working Days.

we've already enjoyed several evenings gathered around it. The 12cm thick cushions are comfortable enough for long conversations, though I wish they were slightly firmer.
Love this corner sofa set! The grey weave looks modern, and the steel frame feels sturdy. The cushions are thick and comfy,great for lounging.
After a bit of confusion when I tracked my order it stated it was delivered 2 hrs previously 8am ?? tried to get in touch with rattan park but they have no phone number which I find odd so went on the chat box to explain we haven't received our order and if they could sort this out for us within 10 minutes I had a phone call off the delivery depot to say it would be delivered between 1-3 it was delivered at 13.08 by a lovely young man with lovely manners and very helpful after 2 hours myself and my husband who are in our 60s had put it together the instructions are not the best there was a lot of guess work ( this furniture needs better instructions ) other than that the thick cushions are so comfortable 😀 we love it haven't used the firepit yet. Would recommend Rattanpark furniture would defenatly buy again Thank you
The rattan weave looks high-quality, and the cushions are thick and comfortable.We've used it for cozy evenings outdoors.
