All of our fire pit systems are CE registered and will accommodate a 5kg -13 kg green patio gas bottle. |

Delivery Timescale
Goods you have ordered will be delivered direct to the billing address, usually within 3-7 working days.
The carrier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery day once they deliver the order to you local depot.
Delivery is Monday to Friday by the carrier book in service.

You can return your order up to 14 DAYS after it has been delivered to you, excluding Special Orders (Specified Goods).
Please keep the boxes, so if you need to return the furniture in it original boxes and NEW condition back into the boxes

4. Placed in position of front of property, driveway or kerbside for carrier to collect.
5. (items will NOT be collected from the garden.)
For small items covers etc we suggest, you send by recorded or signed delivery
6. Refund will be completed once return to the warehouse and checked and can take up to 30 days from collection.
ITEMS NOT IN THE ORGINAL BOXES AND NEW CONDITION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.
Missing or damaged items must be reported in 72 hours from delivery.

We use Pallet network to get your furniture to you as quickly as possible. The Delivery Service is a pallet delivery to the Kerbside or Drive only.
Once you have placed your order, The distribution centre will send you an email to confirm the order is being dispatched.
Please note: This is a Pallet service. Pallets will be left and not collected..
Delivery is non-contact service to kerbside or driveway by most carriers with the current situation . The carrier will not take the pallet away.
