DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery between 3-7 working days
Delivery is Monday to Friday only by the carrier book in service.
The carrier will only deliver to the kerbside or driveway. ( not into the garden or above ground level i.e. flat/ apartments)
The carrier collects the order from the warehouse and then it goes to their distribution hub and is forward to you local delivery depot and they arrange delivery directly.
Pallets and packaging will be left and not collected.
Any Pre-orders have the from date in the description of the product.
PRODUCT CAREThe Rattan Furniture is hand woven, so no two pieces are identically the same, so one section can vary from the other which has no impact on its durability. Glass tops - A Magnifying glass effect caused by Glass, objects ( Bottles, drinking Glasses, spectacles etc) can have an effect on the rattan due to the heat from magnification which leads to the rattan melting and going over its temp range and will go brittle and snap . We recommend shading from direct sun light. ( Parasol- Gazebo etc)
The Rattan may sag under the glass in hot condition direct sunlight which reforms back to normal when it's cooled back down. The Staple fixing, screws and bolts & welds can develop a film of rust in damp conditions. The frames of our sets are coated for optical reasons. The coating is sometimes minimally damaged in the production process. This doesn't affect the quality or durability of the frame in any way. we always recommend taking the cushion in and covering the furniture to prolong its look which allows air to circulate around the rattan and stop the cushion from getting marked. |

We use Pallet network to get your furniture to you as quickly as possible. The Delivery Service is a pallet delivery to the Kerbside or Drive only.
Once you have placed your order, The distribution centre will send you an email to confirm the order is being dispatched.
Please note: This is a Pallet service. Pallets will be left and not collected..
Delivery is non-contact service to kerbside or driveway by most carriers with the current situation . The carrier will not take the pallet away.
Delivery Service is between 3-14 Working Days.
Pallet service is Monday to Friday.

Returns item must be returned in original Packing/ Box unused. IF DELIVERED ON PALLET ITEMS MUST BE BACK ON PALLET. Cushions MUST be in original Plastic protective bags. Any return not returned in the above condition with be subject to charges.Customer to pay return Carriage charges of £95
