This gorgeous, classic style, high back sofa set sits 9 people comfortably and is made in our premium large grey rattan that is UV Treated.

The rising table can be used as either a coffee or dining table.

The slate grey cushions are premium quality and have machine washable covers.

All our furniture has the brand badge attached to show it's an original.

WHAT'S INCLUDES

A Corner sofa made out of 3 sections attached together by clips (included) and comfy cushions.

A fire pit table has been integrated with a gas fire pit system which will allow you enjoy your garden furniture to the late hours in the evening. All of our fire pit systems are CE registered and will accommodate a 5kg -13 kg green patio gas bottle.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery between 3-7 working days

Delivery is Monday to Friday only by the carrier book in service.

The carrier will only deliver to the kerbside or driveway. ( not into the garden or above ground level i.e. flat/ apartments)

The carrier collects the order from the warehouse and then it goes to their distribution hub and is forward to you local delivery depot and they arrange delivery directly.

Pallets and packaging will be left and not collected.

Any Pre-orders have the from date in the description of the product.

The carrier contact you directly once they have delivered the order to your local depot. Then they will contact you to arrange a delivery day DIRECTLY.
Deliveries are arranged through the Pallet network.
Please keep the local carrier contact details for any delivery enquires after they have contacted you.
Delivery is too kerbside or driveway only. (This is due to the carrier’s insurance, and they will not cover any damage to property or driveways) Please do not ask to have the items delivered to the garden or be unboxed.
Please note: -This is a Pallet service. Pallet is not taken away or the packaging.

Pre Orders -The delivery can be before or after the Pre -order date, The carrier will contact you direct to make delivery arrangements.

PRODUCT CARE

The Rattan Furniture is hand woven, so no two pieces are identically the same, so one section can vary from the other which has no impact on its durability.

Glass tops - A Magnifying glass effect caused by Glass, objects ( Bottles, drinking Glasses, spectacles etc) can have an effect on the rattan due to the heat from magnification which leads to the rattan melting and going over its temperature range and will go brittle and snap . We recommend shading from direct sun light. ( Parasol- Gazebo etc)

The Rattan may sag under the glass in hot condition direct sunlight which reforms back to normal when it's cooled back down.

The Staple fixing, screws and bolts & welds can develop a film of rust in damp conditions.

The frames of our sets are coated for optical reasons. The coating is sometimes minimally damaged in the production process. This doesn't affect the quality or durability of the frame in any way.

We give a FREE DELIVERY on orders to most of mainland England, but note Surcharge for delivery may apply to Scotland and remote locations. At check out you will be advised of any extra charges before purchase.

We use Pallet network to get your furniture to you as quickly as possible. The Delivery Service is a pallet delivery to the Kerbside or Drive only.
Once you have placed your order, The distribution centre will send you an email to confirm the order is being dispatched.
Please note: This is a Pallet service. Pallets will be left and not collected..
Delivery is non-contact service to kerbside or driveway by most carriers with the current situation . The carrier will not take the pallet away.
Delivery Service is between 3-14 Working Days.
Pallet service is Monday to Friday.
98% of our orders are delivered on the booked date, but it can happen that due to unforeseen circumstances the delivery will take place in the next 48 working hours instead. We cannot accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay..

• Returns ;-

Returns item must be returned in original Packing/ Box unused. IF DELIVERED ON PALLET ITEMS MUST BE BACK ON PALLET. Cushions MUST be in original Plastic protective bags. Any return not returned in the above condition with be subject to charges.
